I signed up for the free trial but now I realize there is no way I can cancel the auto renewal. I emailed them, I wrote through their contact form and no answer has been received. This looks like a scam, I need help please

You can manage your subscription via our Subscription Management portal.
I can also see from our records that your support team followed up on your case on 28 Sept 2025.
If you have not seen this follow up, please check your Spam and Junk folders.
