The original file name was only hello.js and recuva shows it with that ~RF82e6e12.TMP
Is that a clue on how to get the file back?
Recuva shows No overwritten clusters detected.
does this means that it can be recovered?

I don't know how the file name seems to be written on top of another file name, but this file is zero bytes so cannot be recovered.
