Hello everyone. I really need help an getting rid of Nero from my computer. I put an old version of Nero on my computer. As I was putting it on it stopped about 50% of the way through and froze there. So I just back out and figured there would be no problem....Wrong!!! I went into Programs and there it was. The only thing was it had no way to remove it. It got into my music files and also my video files and messed with them a bit. I just want to remove it without haveing to wipe my hard drive clean. I tied this Cleaner but to no avail. Its not in the Control area in add and remove just in Programs, but not show up there when I use the CCleaner. I don`t know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas? I appreciate you help.
Nero might be listed by it. Not too sure. You could also try Revo Uninstaller, although there may not be enough installed for it to get hold of. Freeware, so worth a shot.
And you could also try installing it again, maybe with a new installer if you can get hold of one. Always easier to remove a complete program.
