Today I deinstalled CCleaner 6.39 an tried to install version 7.061270. Impossible. Clicked the .exe-File an chose “run as administrator”. Deactivated GData-total security (realtime-Protection and firewall). No luck. Nothing is happening.

Hello, if you run powershell as an administrator and have winget installed you can try to install from there. If you haven’t used it much you might have to install winget into powershell from the command line interface.
winget install --id=Piriform.CCleaner -e
