Can not manage account

I have tried to manage my account, but CCleaner support says can not find email. I have CCleaner Professional 7.3.1120.0

licensed for 3 devices. I can not change credit card info or cancel auto renew.

Does Cleverbridge work okay with your email?

Is this where you went to try and manage your subscription?

Cleverbridge has contacted me in years past with current email, so I know it worked then. When I go to Customer Support Contact Page and enter my emails and reference # I get this response at the bottom every time I try:

“Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.
Please contact support for more information (and show them this message so they can help)”

Perhaps the admin @Laurence_CCleaner may be able to help you when he reads this.
