Purchased additional license for CCleaner 7 Searched all points in app there is no add license or such ?? need help? also is there a customer support phone number?
I’m not sure just what you are meaning or asking.
If the CCleaner 7 already has a licence then it will show in Settings > My Subscription.
If it isn’t showing there then the same Settings > My Subscription has a button to click to enter a licence key.
There is no telephone support, only live chat.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
it should also open a ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note that you HAVE TO engage with the chat - If you just fill in the form and leave then you will not get a reply.
