Can I run Defraggler simultaneously on two partitions/drives?

Assume I want to defrag two partitions (on two different hard discs).

Can I do this SIMULTANEOUSLY with Defraggler?

In other words: Can I start two instances of Defraggler and let them both do their job independently?

Or do they confuse each other (because they share common ressources/cache dirs,...)?

when you try to start the 2nd DF it will pop up a dialog windows Defraggler is already running
