A while back I got a free trial of CC cleaner and I canceled it before payment now I installed CC cleaner on a new computer and it’s offering me another free trial that sounds even better it’s two months with a refund guarantee within 30 days just in case I forget to cancel the subscription am I eligible for this or does my previous accepting of another free trial make me unable
You should be fine.
Obviously you can’t just keep using repeated trials on the same machine, many people wouldn’t buy any software if they could just keep repeating trials.
However sometimes you may be offered another trial when you have already had one. As long as it’s offered through the app itself (and not just one you have seen somewhere online) then you are good to take the offer.
You should be aware that some people are having issues with the terms of the current trials.
It appears that it’s not so much a case of “if you forget to cancel” but rather a case of “no way to cancel”.
It seems that currently you can’t cancel a trial once started, and so you have to wait for the trial to end and then ask Support for a refund of your money within 30 days of the trial ending.
