C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count...?

Could someone please explain if any of these this values are incorrect/wrong, and if so, what it means (in layman words)?

but,

why are the figures for: 07 Seek Error Rate and: C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count different from the optimal(?) ones?

Those are normalization and limit values used in calculating the final single % number known as remaining life. The data is what's important. Actually the rate of change in the data is what sets off a red flag. So you need a running history of the disk to get accurate life remaining percentage. Hope that makes sense.
