C:\AMD

CCleaner has been cleaning Nvidia's installation files in C:\NVIDIA since 2013, i think?

However, C:\AMD is still left alone for some reason, which are also just AMD's graphic card driver's installation files, similar to Nvidia's.

They have been doing this since when they were still called "ATI", so those files can be safe to be deleted.

I believed that this feature has been requested before?

Having recently done such a thing, delete that AMD folder and you will get issues when it checks for updates.

So, yes, it's 'safe' to delete, but like cleaning the registry, problems show up later.

Plus you don't want CC deleting software. If that folder contains items that CC looks for, say .log files, then it'll find and clean those.
