Buttons for ANALYSE and RUN CLEANER are grayed out

Version 5.54.7088. Whenever I open the program buttons for ANALYSE and RUN CLEANER are grayed out. They turn blue and become functional after about a minute.

This is usually caused by a large winapp2.ini are you using a winapp2 or any ccleaner enhancing software?

No winapp2.ini.

Maybe it's in line with a different topic discussing a slow launch, which I suppose may extend to it being usable after initially launching the program.
