Bug or just a setting?

I just installed the latest version of CCleaner (3.06) and now when I double click on my Recycle Bin icon CCleaner opens! While I like having CCleaner in the Recycle Bin's context menu, I want to be able to open the Recycle Bin when I click on it. Anyone else notice this?

OS = WinXP SP3

Edit: Uninstalling, then reinstalling CCleaner seems to have solved the problem.
