bug in latest update v3.11.1541 (64bit)

i try to run a clean and it stops half way through every single time.. the previous version had no such problems at all.. im running windows 7 home priemium 64bit on an alienware laptop.. all is up to date..

anyone else experiance this, or could help me to stop it?

You need top provide more information

what is the entry it get hung up on

if you are not SURE

You need to follow these directions exactly

  1. Uncheck everything on both tabs of ccleaner
  2. check off only the first entry you normally have checked off
  3. run clean
  4. if no hang than uncheck that entry and check the next entry
  5. do this for every entry on both tabs
  6. come back and report to us where it is hanging
