I'll use WIndows XP Pro (SP2), then download a latest version and install.
But problem is when it start CCleaner, I've heard click in my hard drive.
When I've saw screen pops up is suddenly crash and Blue Screen of Death (or BSoD in algorithm)
Question is: Why?

Moving to SP3 has fixed this in the past
Edit I might be wrong though and missed the mention of a clicking drive on my first read.

is it a continual click from the hard drive?
as opposed to the normal rotational and head arm moving noises.
did the BSoD message shed any light with an error message, pop-up window or a couple of lines from the top of it, some helpful description?

I'll don't have upgrade to SP3. Windows XP is no longer automatic update since three years ago.
Shall I'll upgrade to SP3 or re-install to SP3?

is that a Yes to a clicking noise or to the BSoD message?
if the clicking noise; that's bad and a sign of a failing drive.
If BSoD message, can you provide what it said?
And if interested, SP3 for XP can still be found and downloaded here; http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=xp%20service%20pack%203
