:unsure: Hello the Group - advice please on a printer problem.

Recently had a Driver problem with my Brother DCP 120C - got

that fixed, but now cannot seem to get copies of photos etc., from

the printer to the computer. Cannot find any instructions to explain

how to get the photo copy into a folder (presume that is necessary)

to be able to do insert/attachment to an e-mail. The printer works

fine on both scan and copy, just cannot find how to do the transfer.

Very basic function, I know - but please help a Silver Surfer if you can.

PS - rridgely - from March 28 e-mail - I was not successfiul in tracing

the list of passwords - am still looking...

Many thanks :rolleyes: it may have helped me if something like this had been

available when I brought the printer from a reputable (?) national store ?

Hopefully, I shall understand what I am doing now !
