Hi
I just got a brand new laptop and installed CCleaner Professional on it. How can I stop it notifiying me with a pop up every time I turn it on? It alerts me that it has cleaned Edge and it is getting annoying to turn it off every time.

I assume that you have Smart Cleaning turned on.
Go into Options > Smart Cleaning and the automatic browser cleaning section.
You can click on the down arrow for each browser and change the settings for each.
If you want the browser cleaned on closing but don't want a message about it then change it to 'Automatically clean on closing without notification' for that browser.
You can have it set differently for different browsers.
