Bought CC Professional Plus but haven't received anything

I recently bought CC Professional plus, and for some reason I never got a license key sent to my email, but the money came out of my account.

I need help getting the key. When I go to the lost key prompt on the website - it says that it will sent my key soon, but still have not received it.

How can I receive my key?

Only support can deal with licensing, it's not secure to give any license or purchase details on an open forum.

They will want to know the email address that you used for the purchase and any invoice numbers/details that you have.
