Cuando uso el CCleaner para hacer limpieza, me borra usuarios y contraseñas y no quiero. ¿Qué hago?
I assume that you are running Custom Clean.
Unticking “Session” for your browser(s) should stop you from being logged out of websites when you run Custom Clean.
I don’t know how to do that
Open CCleaner and look on the left hand side. For instance my browser is Vivaldi and I have sessions unticked where the red line is.
I have all the sessions unticked, so that is not the problem. But my passwords keep disappearing
OK lets get some more details and see if we can work out what is happing.
Which browser(s) are you using?
Can you explain more just what you mean by “my passwords keep disappearing”.
(In your first post you said ‘usernames and passwords’ which sounds more like you are just being logged out)
Where are they disappearing from?
Do you simply mean that you are being logged out of websites and have to log in again next time?
Please explain exactly what you are doing and what you are seeing.
As part of that please tell us which parts of CCleaner you are using: Health Check, Custom Clean, both?
Are you using any of the other tools in CCleaner? (Updaters, Registry Cleaner, etc.)
I still believe that what you are describing is simply being logged out of websites.
Try this:
Run Health Check and do a scan.
In the results click on “Cookies Keep me logged in on some websites”
You can then chooses to keep cookies for your Bookmarked websites, for Commonly chosen websites, or for specific named websites.
Add the websites that you want to remain logged into.
For example if you select ‘frequently chosen websites’ you will get this list of commonly used websites where you can tick which sites to keep the cookies for.
Any that you tick to keep (or enter to keep) the cookies will then be shown in the list, and CCleaner will no longer clear the cookies for those sites.
Once selected like that it doesn’t matter if you then use Health Check or Custom Clean, both use the same list and will leave those cookies alone.
