I ran Ccleaner and my Firefox bookmarks disappeared. I have looked at numerous corrective actions, but it is mostly a mystery to me. “Look for a file places.sqlite ...." Where would I find such a file?
You people expect everyone to understand all this.
The problem is that Ccleaner apparently has a function that wipes out bookmarks but you do not warn about it. We have absolutely no idea about this kind of stuff that seems perfectly logical to geeks.
