I bought a new Bluetooth headset, which worked fine.
After clicking on the “Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) and Realteek Bluetooth 5.0 adapter” driver update, nothing that used Bluetooth worked: neither the headset nor the cell phone.
After cursing for a whole day, I opted for the option (thank goodness it exists) of deleting the latest update for those drivers, and bravo! Everything worked fine again.
The image shows the ones that are still being offered to me, and given what happened, I still avoid updating them.
