bitwarden

How do I keep ccleaner pro from wiping out my bitwarden passwords woke up this morning to find them all gone

Could you please give more details of what is happening?

Are you using Health Check or Custom Clean?

Have you used the Registry Cleaner or any other tools?

"Woke up this morning". Is your computer left running and logged overnight? Is Smart Cleaning enabled or not?

And of course the CCleaner version and Windows version will help.

ok I found that my passwords atr still in bitwarden vault, they are just not showing in exrension.so I guess I contact bitwarden also but still need to stop this from happening again

Although not sure what happened to 'hide' the passwords for you, searching the threads here on the forum I can't find any other reports of CCleaner affecting Bitwarden.

So either it's something new happening and you are first to report it, or it wasn't CCleaner that did it?

I'm not familiar with bitwarden, but from a quick look online it seem that this can happen occasionally and the solution is simply to resync your Bitwarden account, or close and reopen it:

nope closing and reopening has not worked, neither did resyncing it I will try contacting bitwarden but thanks for looking
