I had sent an email about double billing. Case ID 23789285. I received an email stating that my subscription had is going to expire so I bought the package again thinking that I had forgotten. After I had done that I looked at my license and it had said I was good until July 2026. The second purchase was in Sept 2025. I had sent this email over a week ago. Each time I try to contact support there is a banner that We are having diffficulty sending out license keys.

All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a sumary of your request.
Below that there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the VA can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
I do realise that you have already raised a ticket, but in this case it may be worth doing it again to get to the Live Chat.
