Hi

I have these installed on my computer..Best Unistaller..Perfect uninstaller..shrink_pc18..i tried to unistall them through add/remove but i get not responding...i tried CC cleaner to remove i get same not responding...when i bring up task mamager these programs will not let me end task Best Unistaller..Perfect uninstaller..shrink_pc18..can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? thank you

Off the bat I'd say you downloaded these apps from unknown websites and are thus being scammed with malware. The most trusted site for downloading trusted software is http://www.filehippo.com/ (Bookmark or Favorite this link.)

Go to http://www.malwareby...alwarebytes_pro and click the Download Now button (not the Buy Now button). Download that free version & run a FULL scan. Delete or quarantine any junk it finds.

And by all means report back here with your results.

@Hazel: The link you posted doesn't work for me...

@OP: After being done with Malwarebytes, do a check with AdwCleaner by Xplode. Do allow it to clean everything it finds too.

I think you missed the age of the post.

and does #4 smell of SPAM to others as well....
