Except it's clearly not a tattoo (body paint) and I think the prison story is BS (looks like an art project to me, not exactly a snapshot is it). Still pretty impressive though. I wonder if the nipples were planned or added as an after thought :D

LOL yeah that's totally body paint. But A) the artist is pretty dern good and B) I can only imagine what would really happen to the guy in a prison shower. haha
