I received an email on Saturday evening informing me that the current subscription renewal payment was successfully processed via PayPal. I did not request the renewal because I did not confirm the PayPal request! I have until January 2026 to cancel the subscription. I would like to cancel before then. I tried unsuccessfully using the CCleaner Support Chat. Please resolve this issue by canceling my subscription and refunding the amount paid via PayPal. Use my email to contact me!

Other than that you have to use the Chat, - Why were you unsucessful, what happened when you tried?
I would note though that what you describe sounds more like a recurring PayPal payment, if it is then you need to cancel that with PayPal as well as cancelling the CCleaner subscription.
