I'm having trouble trying to stop ccleaner from charging my card which it has done twice. I did the free trial to help my computer a little but i didn't have enough money so i didn't have auto renewal on but it keeps charging me despite that and i cant seem to remove my card to prevent it from happening again.
Please do not post licence keys or any other personal information in plain view where it could be stolen.
That is showing as if the licence has not been paid for and so the trial has expired.
Presumably there were not sufficient funds on your card on each of the two occasions when they tried to take payments?
It is normal/usual practice for any failed payment request (<em>for anything from anyone</em>) to be re-tried again a few days or a week later.
But as long as there are insufficent funds on the account/card then they can't take any payment.
TBH I am not sure how many retries CCleaner will make in such a situation, - probably only that one retry, but like I say I'm not sure.
So they have probably already stopped trying, but if they do try again or if you do want to pay (maybe by another method) then you will need to contact support.
Only support can deal with billing/licencing, we can't access it here.
You contact support using the form here: <a href="https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general" ipsnoembed="true" rel="external nofollow">https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general</a>
Or you can also contact CCleaner support by emailing: <a href="http://support@ccleaner.com" rel="external">support@ccleaner.com</a>
However note that as you are not currently a paying customer then whichever way you contact them your request will be a low priority so it may take a (long, sometimes very long for non-customers) while before you get a reply from a support person.
