Automatic license renewal without my permission

Hello! I had a license for a year. I did not want to renew. But on 07/14/2025, I was charged without warning for the CCleaner Professional Plus program in the amount of $ 73.76. How can I get my money back? I wrote a letter to the support service on 07/14/2025, there was a message that they would review it within 48 hours, but today is 07/19 and there is no answer.

Despite what the automatic reply says about 48 hours it’s taking much longer than that.
(It’s has been slow for a while now).

Support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

As you have had a reply then your request is in the automated queue, and it’s just a case of waiting until a support person gets it on their screen.

PS. Sending more requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.

All we can suggest is as above, continue to wait for a reply from support.

You did get an automatic reply, so you are in the queue for support.

You could send another request chasing things up, but as said that risks your current request being send right to the back of the queue again.

We know that the long waits for support are ridiculous, but we are users here and there is nothing that we can do to speed them up.
