I'd like to request a new feature: autoclean every x seconds.
monitoring such as this is available in the pro version
Also, we cannot add easily hidden files/folders with the "include" button.
un-hide non-system files/folders in explorer for administrators, ccleaner cannot add what you can not see, so says windows' explorer. Plus it's a better anti-malware strategy IMHO to have them visible.
Oh? I was not aware of that... Thanks for your quick reply. Such a shame this is the only "basic" feature I'm missing (autoclean) and I've registered here just for asking for it so I won't upgrade just for that and also I won't pay for it if the software is not able to browse/add hidden folders/files... There are softwares who are able to browse those hidden system files without the user/admin need to unhide them but maybe they don't rely on the internal Windows browse engine...
Edit: I've just created a new advanced "Windows Scheduler" task to run ccleaner every x minutes.
You're going to have to remember you made that task! Reason being it may cause you grief one day, for instance during some Microsoft Updates which take too long to install in my opinion such as .NET Framework updates, other installs that store required data in the Temp folder to only continue installing after a reboot, etc.
