cant there be a auto updater build in CCleaner?
so i dont have to download it from the site everytime there is a update

I don't know about an auto updater but when you install CCleaner you have an option to check for updates. If you install CCleaner again you will see it. You don't have to uninstall CCleaner you can just overwrite the exisiting files, so not damage is done. All the setting are saved in the registry unless you have selected to use the CCleaner.ini option.
