Auto start on switch on fails

CCleaner Professional v5.44.6577 (64-bit)

I get a message every time I switch on that ccleaner has stopped (see screen shot). I have used it for years and so I uninstalled it and then bought a new copy which has the same problem with Win7. If I stop it and then start it manually it seems to work OK.

Also the new version insists that I have Chrome and Opera browsers although it is two years since I uninstalled them.

what antimalware products do you use (kapersky, malwarebytes?)

Malwarebytes and Norton..

A problem persists even when I PAID AGAINfor a new version. The latest update is not starting when I switch on and does not accept my activation code. Well I am NOT going to pay a third time!

time to either raise a support ticket at https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or or email them at support@piriform.com and they will sort you out.

tried that but got nowhere - it stays the same if I update from .41 they sent me works mostly, that works but refuses my registration code although I have paid TWICe IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
