Hi I have auto extension enabled, I do not have an email attached to my license

all i have is my name and license key on my ccleaner - pro edition

i just signed up to this account

is there anyway i can cancle the auto extension? thank you!

How did you get your licence key if not by by email?

That email is the one associated with your licence.

You will need to contact support@ccleaner.com by email and ask them to remove the auto-renewal for you.
