As far as I'm aware, there will never be an auto clean registry option.
It's a process which needs to be monitored in real time, and the scan results checked before blindly deleting everything flagged.
Auto cleaning the registry is really a disaster waiting to happen. I will say though, that you're not the first person to ask about this.
