Simple and light (no installation) freeware temp file cleaner. Cleans temp folders from all users. (i'm not sure if CCleaner does that?).
decided to keep using it myself when jurgenv linked me to it in my spyware thread,tis handy
I use it in my pen drive - it's little and become effective.
