You need to rephrase your question so that it does make more sence, and proper grammar would be good too.
Not sure exactly what you want todo, but I would suggest using PHP instead of ASP since then you're not so locked to one platform.
If you talk about HTML you can redirect via the meta refresh tag but I would not recommend it.
You can always try to Google for a solution...
