I wonder why CCleaner shows some ARP Cache entries in registry cleaner which are shown as Uninstaller Reference Issues.
This is an example:
Uninstaller Reference Issue {7C3E3706-8FBD-4169-9726-0A47FBF9D32A} HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\App Management\ARPCache\{7C3E3706-8FBD-4169-9726-0A47FBF9D32A}
What has arp cache to do with a uninstaller? I don't see any relation. ![:unsure:]()
Not too sure about this andreasm, but I think in this case 'ARPcache' may stand for Add/Remove Programs and not the networking 'ARP cache' that we would think it does. The numbers after it may be the program reference.
Some more info about this Andreasm here which should explain this for you now.

I am of course not recommending the use of this program, but using this page link to let you see what the ARPcache is.
I've inputted the ARPCache findings of CC's registry cleaner as exclusions, hence they're always re-created.
