I purchased an application tool that once you download and install it, you fill out the settings you want, and it will start "combing" the internet for items related to the keywords I put in.
For some reason it quit working, as it was working when I downloaded/installed it, but I went in one day to use it, and I cannot put in my keywords as the text on the left-hand side of the keyword box overlaps into my keyword box and this glitch will not let me type in my keywords.
The tech people for the company I am a member of don't know what's causing it, and the creator of the application forwarded my problem on to his programmer, as no one knows why I'm unable to use it.
I know how to download and install an application, so I am wondering why an application would quit working. I'm wondering if I ran CCleaner if it might clean out some bugs that I'm unaware of and maybe that would solve the problem. I'm not 100% sure of everything CCleaner will do for your computer as far as fixing errors and/or deleting them, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever had a problem with an application not working and by using CCleaner, they were able to fix whatever was wrong and could then use the application they downloaded.
I'm probably in the wrong section here, but I'm new and am just getting started on using CCleaner to start cleaning my computer, as I do try to keep it up to date and running as smoothly as possible.
