Anyone ever see free offers for old versions of Paint Shop Pro?

I always see old versions of graphics programs being offered so that the vendor can email with special upgrade offers, but never for Paint Shop Pro.

Oldversions.com has the trial offer downloads, but nothing for free.

Nope, neither JASC nor Corel did or will do any full commercial promotions. We once got as far as discussing it with someone high up at Corel in Canada, for it to be quickly dismissed a couple of weeks later.

So, the answer is no, there have never been any legit full previous promotions involved Paint Shop Pro.

Thanks for trying. It's too bad because even an earlier vesion like Paint Shop Pro 7 is excellent.
