Any easy undo, ccleaner removed software, etc. !?!?

So I ran CCleaner, free version, and it took out numerous things that weren't selected... such as the entirety of Microsoft Office 2016. Is there any way to possibly undo any of this?

It looks like it may have also somehow taken out my previous recovery points as well.

I haven't rebooted the system as now I'm worried if it will even boot back into windows.

I installed "Recuva" and the list it finds is huge

What operating system are you using?

Did you change any of the defaults when you ran CCleaner?

Did you do a registry clean?

Microsoft Office 2016 can be repair installed to fully restore it.

Windows 10 64-bit. My checked off were:

Edge: Cookies, download history, last download location, session, recently typed urls

IE: Temp int. files, history, cookies, recently typed urls, index.dat files, last download location

Windows Explorer: Recent documents, Run, Other explorer mru's, thumbnail cache, taskbar jump lists

System: empty recycle bin, temporary files, clipboard, memory dumbs, chkdsk file fragments, windows log files, windows error reporting

Advanced: old prefetch data, menu order cache, tray notifications cache, user assist history, old windows installation

Google Chrome: cookies, download history, last download location

Windows store: bing news. skype metro app

Applications: mcafee antivirus, ms office picture manager, ms onedrive

multimedia: adobe flash player, windows media player

utilities: 7-zip, nvidia install files

windows: ms management console, ms search, ms wordpad, regedit

Of that list, I'm not sure of anything else I might have changed besides unchecking internet cache and history, and old windows installation (as I had already recovered the various docs etc. out of it)

The text file generated by recuva, when compressed in 7z is over 4mb or I'd include it here
