Hello. 

I am a registered user of the latest version of CCleaner Professional 64b (V5.63.7540) Below you can see the data my computer*.

Every time I activate the disk analyzer, it starts analyzing, but suddenly the program closes and turns off CCleaner. 

All other functions work perfectly.


Is there a solution for this?

I have exactly the same problem for my 64b Windows 10 family desktop PC. As indicated above, the rest of CCleaner is operating properly but when I attempt to use the Disk Analyzer function, it fails to open and ultimately closes down the entire program.

I purchased CCleaner because the program includes a Disk Analyzer function. So I'm not a happy camper... especially if it can't be fixed.
