That mean, your PC is clean?

Or, you do not have any option checked on the left hand side : such as "cookies", "history", etc.

It is not clean as Free Internet Window Washer finds many files to delete.

How does CCleaner find the files & path to clean? Does it use the registry? If I had to guess, I'd say it is not doing this correctly.

There is a separate Disk cleaner and a separate registry cleaner.
