I noticed I had some drivers out of date on the CCleaner portal.
I updated them, which went seemingly normal. Afterwards, it asked me to restart my PC.
My PC will not restart, it's on a gray screen of death for about 3 or 4 minutes, before moving to the Alienware logo and won't go any further.
I tried several different ways to force a restart. I was finally able to get to the pre boot diagnostics check. Although it says 8 minutes left, it has said that for at least 15 minutes now.
