I use two times CCleaner and everytime I got the same thing, It is possible that the program is provoking this?

You need to give more info.
What operating system and service pack are you using?
What version of ccleaner?
Were you doing a clean or a registry clean?
Did you save a Windows minidump? (be aware that ccleaner cleans these up by default so copy it somwhere like your desktop)

This problem occurs on a computer in which Windows XP or a later operating system is installed on a hard disk that is configured as a subordinate and no other device is connected to the same IDE controller channel (primary or secondary).
(I think it is unlikely that ccleaner is causing this)
