I strongly recommend that there should be a LINK TO HUMAN option when all else fails with “Advanced” AI

The Advanced AI is this something you are seeing in a CCleaner product. If so, please give me more details on this so we can review this feedback in more detail.
He may mean AI as in the ‘Live Chat’ support bot.
