Add Thumbs.db cleaning

Hi, wouldn't it be nice to add support of "thumbs.db" in CCleaner ? They takes a lot of disk space when you have a lot of pictures and they are everywhere. Maybe the folder.jpg etc... too.

Don't create it in the first place ;)

Go to a Folder with pictures then Tools then Folder Options then View then select Do not cache thumbnails then Apply to All Folders
