the Apple Installer Cache should be added to the cleaning process.

C:\ProgramData\Apple\Installer Cache

never came to much it seems.

there is an entry in winapp2.ini, here; http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=32310&p=257555

or you could add an INCLUDE until the Devs incorporate it into CC mainstream cleaning.
