CCleaner is showing an ad in the bottom right of my screen. There is nothing to click on and no way to close it without using a utility to do so. How do I stop the ad? It is offering to extend the use of CClearer to up to 5 machines for the rest of my subscription for $10. I’m on Win10 latest.

Can you post (upload) an image of your ad?*** Most CCleaner ads popping up from the system tray have a tiny “x” in the top-right corner to close the pop-up, but if that doesn’t work try clicking the “thumbtack” icon to unpin the ad.
