New topic related to earlier post:
( 1) If I right click Recycle Bin to get to CC, and then analyze, it does not find the -log.txt file.
(2) If I run CC directly, and then analyze, it FINDS the -log.txt file.

MrG - workaround:
(1) Open CC
(2) Option > Settings > UNCHECK [ Add "open CCleaner - - etc. ]
(3) Close CC
(4) Open CC
(5) Option > Settings > CHECK [ Add "open CCleaner - - etc. ]
Right click Recycle Bin now recognizes changed winapp.ini file.
