Activation Code Problems

I am having Activaation Code problems, I have CCleaner for Mac Professional, I have to enter the code at least once a week, sometimes more than than once, up to three times.

Why do I find the activation code disappear from the app so often. If i never get a solution to this problem I will never use CCleaner after my subcription runs out.

Hi @Kenomar In some situations, this will happen whenever internet connectivity issues prevent CCleaner from being able to refresh the license status.

To help us investigate further, can you please send our support team the log files from CCleaner Mac, using the following steps?

  1. Open CCleaner for Mac
  2. Select 'Help' in the MacOS Menu Bar in the top of the screen
  3. Select 'Send Feedback' (Alternatively press Shift + CMD⌘ + F)
  4. Fill in the form (please ensure you input the proper name & email address)
  5. Click 'Send'
