Je n’ai plus accès à internet sur mon PC Windows 11. Les tests hardware ne détectent aucune panne matérielle.
J’ai acheté CCleaner pour tenter de nettoyer mon PC. J’ai téléchargé sur mon mac et installé sur PC avec une clé USB. Mon problème, c’est que sans réseau, je ne peux pas activer le produit. Il y a t-il une solution?

2 things to note here:

  1. CCleaner is a junk cleaner with a few other tools, CCleaner is not going to magically fix your internet connection if that is what you are hoping for.
    Just cleaning junk will not fix anything (unless you are short of disc space).
  2. CCleaner for Mac will not, can not, work on Windows.
    Did you download an installer for CCleaner for Windows?

If you did download and install the Windows version then just use it as the Free version for now.
The Free version is capable of doing the cleaning of junk files, it’s some of the more advanced tools such as the updaters and optimizer that it doesn’t do.
