I purchased lasty year the renewal of C Cleaner pro. I received a mail for the download but it doesn’t work.
How is it possible to speak with someone at C Cleaner / Piriform ?

If this is/was a renewal then surely you already have CCleaner installed and activated as pro?
In which case what is it that you are wanting/trying to download?
If you do want to download/install a new instance of CCleaner then you can download an installer from here:
Install it over the top of your existing version and it will pick up the existing licence key/activation.
If for some reason it doesn’t then simply use the blue button to enter your key on the activation page:

If you still want/need to contact support -
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
Hi Laurence, I just sent an email to the support@ccleaner.com with the copy of the mail I received in July 2025 and all the information received by my bank for the payment of the renewal of the licence CCleaner Pro.

I just uninstalled C Cleaner from my PC and then reinstalled it, but it’s not working. When I enter the license number I received in July 2025, I get error 00001 and a request to contact support. Attached is the payment receipt issued by my bank confirming the payment made in July 2025 for the renewal of the C Cleaner Pro license and the email I received from you confirming the renewal of the license with its number, which cannot be activated.
